Sutton Grammar’s Anime and Cards Club hosted its second annual House Pokemon Competition this year! We had 44 students playing in the Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG), with Throwley bringing in the most participants.

The following students won for their house:

Aarav 7G, Elis 7W, Jonah 7G, Carson 7T, Yuvan 7W, Eduard 7G, Shaurya 7G, Raphael 7T, Abilen 7M, Marcus 7G, Theshvin 8T, Kasper 8T, Pascal 8T, Toby 8T, Tejas 8T, Diyaan 8T, Marcus 8G, Chun Tin 9T, Nihal 9M, Nathan 9L, Mysha 10M, and Wasim 10M.

Shout out to those with a two-year win streak: Diyaan 8T, Tejas 8T, Kasper 8T, Nihal 9M, and Mysha 10M.


The results:
1st – Throwley (redeemed themselves from a close 2nd last year where they were one point away from 1st)
2nd – Greyhound (from 5th last year to 2nd this year)
3rd – Manor
4th – Warrick
5th – Lenham

A reminder that all are welcome to Anime and Cards Club every Thursday in the hall, unless exams are going on. We trial out new Anime suggestions, trade Pokemon cards, and play some TCG if enough people brought in their decks. Hope to see you there!
