The Computer Science department would like to say a very enthusiastic well done to the five Year 9 students who have earned the right to represent their houses in the 2025 Video Game Competition. These students have spent the first two terms of year 9 learning how to write code in Java to be able to create a playable video game. The students in Year 9 voted to choose their favourite games from each house, and whilst there were many enjoyable games, these students have come out on top. We are very proud of their efforts! The next step will be for the Year 8 students to rank the winning games to earn points towards the house shield. Watch this space for the final rankings.
