On Wednesday 3rd July we will be hosting our annual Higher Education and Careers afternoon. The afternoon involves us inviting SGS alumni, parents and friends of the school to come in and talk to our Year 12 students about their education and career paths, as a means of guiding students through their current considerations of UCAS and post-18 options. It is a day that students get a great deal from, and we really appreciate the support of anyone able to come into school at a time when students have many options open to them and therefore difficult decisions to face. The afternoon involves a 15 minute presentations for our students between 14:00 and 15:30.
At the end of the afternoon, there will be tea, coffee and biscuits on offer for all speakers in the canteen. This will be an opportunity for you to share experiences with other speakers and for us to thank you again for your attendance.
If you are available to come in on the afternoon, please let us know by emailing erc@suttongrammar.school with your name, industry/field and any additional information that might be interesting.
If you cannot attend, but would be interested in supporting students in another way, please also feel free to get in touch.
If you have any questions about the day or your role in it, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
