Even with the pressures of exams and assessments, staff and students have continued to throw themselves into an impressive range of extracurricular activities, as you will see throughout this edition of The Hoot. It has been a busy and rewarding period, with trips, internal examinations for Years 10 and 12, a fantastic NHS careers day for Year 9 and the First Give programme for Year 8. There has also been plenty of cricket and athletics to enjoy and many individual student achievements to celebrate.
