Crispin H (Y12) recently took part in an exciting week-long work experience placement at BAE Systems (27 April–1 May 2026), where they fully immersed themselves in the world of engineering and innovation. They made a fantastic impression through their enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism, contributing confidently to a multi-functional team project while learning from industry experts. Crispin embraced every opportunity, from exploring live manufacturing environments on site tours to getting hands-on in practical workshop sessions, demonstrating excellent teamwork and a genuine passion for learning. Although the final presentation could not take place, their consistent effort and high-quality contributions throughout the week made it clear they were on track for outstanding success. Crispin should be incredibly proud of their achievements and shows great promise for a bright future ahead.
