We are delighted to share that Luca, one of our talented Year 12 students, has been awarded Runner-Up in the Senior Technology Category at the prestigious Big Bang Competition 2025.

Luca’s innovative project, Smart Station, impressed judges with its forward-thinking approach to improving the passenger experience at train stations serving Premiership football grounds. His proposal, which included a smart app and station upgrades, aimed to provide real-time updates on crowding, facilities, and accessibility, a particularly valuable tool on busy match days.

This recognition is a testament to Luca’s creativity, technical skill, and passion for solving real-world problems. To be named runner-up in such a competitive national field is an outstanding achievement.

Congratulations, Luca your hard work and vision have truly made an impact.
