New kit for a new season!

This week, two teams made use of the new PTA funded basketball kit!   First off, on Tuesday, 1 October, a new look SGS Sixth Form team worked hard to beat Chessington Community College in the Surrey League; final score: 38-29.   Then, on Wednesday, 2 October, the U15 squad played their first official game for Sutton Grammar; despite an impressive display from Ivon (9T) who banked 16 points during the match, the boys were beaten by St Andrew's school, who knocked them out of the Surrey Cup. Despite the loss, the team showed great resilience, winning the second half.  All the scores for this season can be found on the 'sgspe' website.
